This isn’t your average pizza joint.
At Dough Show, dinner is a performance. The star of the show is Hamam, the dough master who spins, stretches, slaps, and twirls each delicate disc of feteer—a flaky Egyptian pastry dough—before sliding it into a custom-built, four-ton oven imported directly from Egypt.
