G R O W T H C O N S U L T A N T  R O L E

Growth Consultants have the opportunity to secure sponsorships and promotional offerings from B R E E Z members and affiliated partners. These offerings may include, but are not limited to:

  • Product placement and service promotion during online event series episodes

  • Sponsorship of live events

  • Sponsoring components of live events, such as:

    • Branded or promotional flyers and social media posts

    • Venue sponsorship

    • Open bar and catering sponsorship

    • Gift bag inserts and party favors

For each confirmed sponsorship or promotional package resulting directly from the Growth Consultant’s efforts, the Consultant shall be entitled to a commission of thirty percent (30%) of the net revenue collected by the Company.

All such commissions shall be paid in accordance with the payment terms outlined in this Agreement.

A core aspect of Breez’s mission is elevating B R E E Z members through intentional brand alignment and visibility. By leveraging creative product placement, curated activations, and strategic integration across social platforms, Breez ensures members gain meaningful exposure and positioning.

Growth Consultants are responsible for promoting B R E E Z Membership to eligible brands, creators, and service providers by clearly communicating its value. Growth Consultants pique the interest of potential Members by sharing the following perks that Membership offers:

·         Exclusive access to in-person event-based marketing opportunities. For example, when Breez hosts an in-person event, Breez connects with Members to be on promotional flyers, social media, banners and sponsored event components such as sponsored open bar, sponsored catering, and sponsored gifts or party favors

·         Members have exclusive opportunities to display and promote their products and services through product placement on Breez’s online event series

·         Members receive a preferred listing, which is a page dedicated to their brand on breezevents.com

·         Members receive exclusive promotion on Breez’s Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Growth Consultants guide potential members through Membership benefits, setup, and promotional offers. Growth Consultants harness a strong understanding of Breez’s positioning, build relationships with prospective members, and help drive strategic growth through targeted outreach.

Growth Consultants receive leads from domestic major metropolitan cities to secure new Members in

·  Food, such as restaurants, bars, foodpreneurs, food producers, farms and farmers, sommeliers, bakers and bakeries, beverage, such as water, soft drinks, energy and health drinks, wine and spirits, candy, snacks

·         Wellness, such as products, fitness trainers, doctors, specialists, nutritionists, mental health professionals, herbal practitioners, yogis and yoga studios, gyms, vitamin producers, personal and sexual health

·         Apparel, such as clothing, shoes, accessories

·         Personal care such as beauty, skincare, haircare

·         Service Providers, such as attorneys, insurance, financial services & lenders, home improvement & lawn maintenance, notaries

·         Electronics

We provide the leads, script and language for outreach, and autonomy is a major tenet. Growth Consultants have the time and space to select the regions and new customers that best suit their skillset to convert.

 

B R E E Z M E M B E R S H I P P A Y M E N T  S T R U C T U R E


• $20 USD per confirmed conversion (based on a confirmation email from Intake)
• $1 USD per close each month following for every active membership. Example: $40 paid out in July and each month following for 40 memberships converted in June, as long as accounts are active
• Weekly payouts (unless communicated otherwise) on initial close, monthly active membership payouts 

By Sundays at 11p EST, Growth Consultants submit their performance figures via their Page.

• $100 for every 100 confirmed. Example: $100 after 300 confirmed

• Complimentary 4-night cruise for two [2] after 2500 confirmed

We value clear, open, and timely communication as a foundation for successful collaboration. Whether giving updates, asking questions, or sharing ideas, we lead with respect, transparency, and a shared commitment to keeping the momentum moving forward. Growth Consultants input sales figures in a form on their respective Page found on the website. Figures are reconciled by Intake on a weekly basis.

At Breez, access is about openness, support, and shared momentum. Growth Consultants may schedule bi-monthly check-ins to express how to best be supported.
